The Teacher Instructional Growth for Effectiveness and Results (TIGER) Model is an alternative teacher evaluation process developed by The Association of Independent and Municipal Schools (AIMS). It was truly developed by practitioners for practitioners after a deep consideration of current trends and issues within teacher evaluation.
